Developer FAQ’s

 

What if a developer already has a sales team?

VOS will work them train them in the nuances of selling BR’s and also work a on structured presentation, by constantly working alongside and following up, we will improve the efficiency of the team.

 

What if a developer doesn’t have a sales team?

VOS will work with the developer to recruit and establish a sales team, it doesn't have to be excessive in number, and then work with them as above, generally developers already have people on sight to show properties to agents and their clients, so these can be the start of a direct sales team.

 

Why not just give everything to a Master Broker ?

Numerous reasons, cost of sales, pace of sales, control over what is being said about developer and brand, promises etc. also with Master Broker the project just becomes one of 000’s on a supermarket shelf, does your project deserve to be treated like that?

 

What specifics will VOS apply?

We have proven methods that we apply, working new lead generation though to point of sale and then leading onto further owner generated sales, every opportunity is worked to a maximum efficiency, trained and followed up by VOS.

 

How long does it take to develop a new team?

This is Developer dependant, if they already have a team we will work with them immediately and results will come by month 3 at the latest, to recruit and develop a new team will take up to 3 months and then from month 3-6 results will come through.

 

Does the team have to be based on the project?

A number will have to be and also we can have remote sales agents following the VOS format and structure working alongside the on-site team.

 

Commercial costs, Whats the difference?

The savings of selling via direct teams are extremely significant and also project specific, however it can add millions onto the project bottom line. 

 

How much do VOS charge?

This is based on Project requirements, time commitment and other factors, however our cost will very quickly become minimal, compared to sales volumes generated and reduced cost of sales, VOS will also work developer leads to encourage sales and lead by example, showing how their methods will work if followed and applied correctly.
